West End Studios!
We are a soundstage and theatre/event space located five minutes from downtown Charlotte at 1545 West Trade St. We have a 1400 sf soundstage with a complete grid lighting system, moveable seating for up to 80 people, a sound system, production office, and video production/editing capabilities, including 3 camera live streaming.
We work with companies, individuals, and non-profits. We're hardworking folks who love to make fun and awesome projects like yours happen.

Our versatile space can accommodate video production, theatrical and music events, or other gatherings.
Our HVAC system recirculates the air every 12 minutes and treats the air with ultraviolet light. A full scene shop and dressing rooms with showers are also available.
Production Office Rentals
Choose from 3 production spaces...
We have three commercial production offices available, 500 sf, 125, and 100 sf.
Separate restrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and two dressing rooms with lockers are also available.
Video Production
We can produce video for you as well: Single or multi-camera production, 3 camera switching, and virtual events. Let us know what you need and we'll make it happen.
